I work as an Associate Professor of Spanish at the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at Western Illinois University  where I teach Spanish for Heritage Speakers (Español para Hablantes de Herencia), Spanish Composition,  Spanish Conversation,  Linguistics (Introduction to Spanish Linguistics, Pragmatics, Syntax, Varieties of Spanish, Latin-American Culture and Civilization and Spanish as a Second Language.
